It's a combo of the paper texture and some added Photoshop textures. But the lineart itself isn't digital, and the paper I use these days is pretty textured, just because I like the character it gives my drawings :)

Hmm, looks really nice! I wonder over his hands and the "spear" though... It feels pretty odd, both the grip and the way it's aligned.. Great work though...
